My Kawartha recently reported on new growth in residential developments in Millbrook, calling it a ‘hotbed’ for residential development. My Kawartha attributes this growth to The Highlands of Millbrook, and points to some key changes taking place: the 407 expansion in progress to Highway 115, a revitalization and new businesses within Downtown Millbrook,  and a new community centre which is now underway.
